Here are some instructions to make sure you get the most of of your rental with us:

Make sure it is received and everything looks correct.

ARRIVE ON TIME: Your booking starts and ends at the scheduled time.

Your booked time includes setup and breakdown so if you need extra time, check availabiity in advance and contact us directly.

Bring any necessary equipment, props, or wardrobe.

If you’ve booked add-ons (such as specific lighting or backdrops), they will be set up before your arrival.

You can park in the designated guest parking spots adjacent to our building (Telephone Factory Lofts) and we will be able to validate your parking. You can scan the QR code for parking validation once you enter our studio.

There is also free street parking along Ralph McGill Blvd, adjacent to our building.

** Important: Do not park in Resident Parking Area as towing/booting is strictly enforced.

Respect the space. Treat the studio, the props, and the equipment with care.

No smoking allowed.

Keep noise at a reasonable level.

Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself and keep food/drink off the couch.

Any damages must be reported immediately.

Return all furniture, props, and equipment to their original places.

Ensure all trash is disposed of in the trash cans.

Double check that you have all of your belongings!

(If you forget something at the studio, we will put it in our Lost and Found. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will try our best to recover the item for you.)
