No, to respect everyone’s booked sessions, please do not arrive prior to your reservation time.
Please note that your booked time includes setup and breakdown, so you will have to be wrapped up by the end of your session time, as we do generally have multiple bookings in one day and need time to reset in between each booking.
If you are in the studio 15 minutes past the end of your booked session time, your account will be charged for an additional hour at $100/hr. -
If you need more time, please ask the studio manager so we can check our calendar. If there isn’t another booking following yours - we will direct you to our Rent The Studio page to purchase an XTRA HR.
We may not be able to extend your time if we do have another booking immediately following yours. -
Only water/vapor based smoke and fog machines are allowed in our space.
There will be a penalty of $500 to any customer found using smoke or fog other than water based and will not be allowed back in our studio. This will be strictly enforced.
Glitter and confetti is allowed.
Oils, powders, and wax are not allowed on any of the furniture.

Yes, to protect everyone’s safety, the studio and common areas are all monitored by security cameras. Your work is protected and footage will never be shared.

We are NOT soundproof and do not advertise ourselves as soundproof.

No. All of our props are included with each booking, depending on the space you book.

Yes, we are open to hosting events in our space - Junglefone is a curated creative space and we’re intentional about partnering on experiences that align with our values, community, and the spirit of the space.
